Kenneth Teang is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of OIG International. With more than a decade of experience, he has successfully positioned MNC’s and SME’s for strategic business growth. He ensures creative business concepts that bring value and market success to organisations through dream identity creation. He is also the creator of the revolutionary Environmental Identity? concept.

Kenneth’s provides invaluable consulting expertise to a diverse industry clientele, which includes business strategy, identity creation, brand valuation and brand management to local and international clients. Results are extremely important to him and all consultancy rendered by OIG International must be performance driven.

As a renowned consultant, Kenneth has been engaged by established MNC’s such as FedEx, Logitech, Mentor Graphics, Kimberly-Clark to provide consultancy and advice on a diverse range of business management issues. These clients include:

For Miele (107 years old), he created the customer experience and Environment Identity? Programme for the German MNC brand for the entire South-East Asia region, which includes Bangkok, Manila & Kuala Lumpur. The Environmental Identity? has received recognition Miele HQ in Gutersloh, Germany and OIG is currently appointed as its Regional Brand Identity Consultant.

For Rosenthal (120 years old), he was invited to Hong Kong to create a successful environment identity for their entire range of Rosenthal, Bulgari, Versace, Hutschen-reuther, and Thomas brands.

For Akzo Nobel (200 yrs old MNC), he was invited to US to be the principal consultant and chief trainer for their internal Brand Management Training for the international team creating an identity for their industrial products.

For AeroGreen, a subsidiary of the Sime Darby Group, he successfully repositioned a lettuce juice to a new identity that was a great market success with sales volume rising by 15 times over pre-branding figures. Without advertising, ‘Lettucinno’ won several international agricultural awards including one from the United Nations. Their innovation and success was featured in the April 2002 issue of the Fortune 500 Magazine.

For Avance, a division of the BestWorld Group, where he created an entirely new brand identity and brand market strategy emphasising on healthy lifestyle rather than supplements. It has resulted in double-digit growth and Avance being selected as one of Singapore Most Promising Brand Award Winner 2004.

Kenneth also created the first judging criteria for the Inaugural Singapore Promising Brand Award in 2002 and was the brand advisor for this prestigious award. As a prominent speaker on business strategies, He has been invited to speak in various events such as Asian Business Forum, Pacific Conference, Ideas!, Global Franchising & Licensing and OPTIMAL - attended by Intellectual Property Lawyers from worldwide where he was the only invited brand consultant to speak.
